TERMS & CONDITIONS  

THIS IS A CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND TimBanDocThan.com

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

  1. I certify under penalty of perjury under the laws of the United States of America that I am a SINGLE, and my marital status is one of the following:

    • NEVER MARRIED

    • DIVORCED

    • SEPARATED

    • WIDOWED / WIDOWER

    I understand I could be prosecuted by law if I wrongfully declare my marital status and my current status as a SINGLE. 

  1. As a result of my status as a SINGLE, I apply to be a member of TimBanDocThan.com for 12 months starting from today.

  2.  I agree to pay an annual membership fee of $50. I understand this fee is non-refundable.

  1. As a member, I am eligible to participate in the monthly activities organized for the benefits of our members after making appropriate payments to participate in those activities.

  1. I agree not to hold the group TimBanDocThan.com and its organizers liable or responsible in any way for any mental or physical injuries as a result of my participation in the activities participated by our members.

  1. I agree that my membership will be automatically cancelled or revoked when I get married and I am responsible to notify TimBanDocThan.com any changes to my marital status.

  1. I agree that my membership could be suspended upon any allegation of non-single marital status. During the suspension, my membership will be frozen and I am not eligible to attend any members’ activities until the suspension is lifted following my evidence of SINGLE status.

  1. As a member, I have a duty to always act in a courteous, elegant manner to TimBanDocThan.com and its members. I understand that no violent or malicious acts are accepted, that my membership will be cancelled upon any violent act(s) and/or word(s) and/or manner, and that I could be subject to prosecution by laws.

  1. I agree not to disclose my fellow member’s private information to a non-member.

  1. I agree not to use any words in defamation and/or in contempt of our members and TimBanDocThan.com

  1. I agree that my membership may be automatically cancelled if I fail to renew it after 12 months by paying the then appropriate renewal membership fee.

  1. With regard to my online access to the Member-Only Area, I agree that I will keep my UserID and password CONFIDENTIAL. I understand that my online access may be revoked and my membership may be cancelled if I share my password to anyone.

(i)  I am a SINGLE,

 ii) I have supplied / will supply TimBanDocThan.com with accurate information about myself,

(iii) I have read, understand and agree to all of the above stated Terms & Conditions.
